The Department of Environmental and Geographical Sciences in located on the fourth floor of the John Dalton Extension Building within the All Saints University Campus. The UNIGIS UK Office is in Room E413.

Arriving By Rail

Arriving at Piccadilly Station, the All Saints Campus can be reached by walking 700m down Whitworth Street and turning left onto Oxford Road. The John Dalton Extension Building is located on the right as you travel down Oxford Road out of town. Trains may also be taken to Oxford Road Station which is about 200m from John Dalton Extension Building.

Arriving By Road

From the south, leave the M6 at Knutsford (Junction 19) following signs to Manchester Airport on the A556, then take the M56 onto Princess Parkway (A5103) following the signs to Manchester city centre. Turn right for the All Saints Campus just before the city centre.

From the north, leave the M6 at Junction 21 for the M62, leading on to the M602 which becomes the A57 (Regent Road) and the Mancunian Way (A57M). Leave at second or third junction (lower level) for the All Saints Campus.

Local Travel Information

The local bus and train information line is available on 0161 - 228 7811 from 8am to 8pm seven days a week, although the easiest time to get through is between 6pm and 8pm. Also, the GMPTE Travelshop is below the Piccadilly Hotel on Piccadilly plaza in the centre of the city.
