Mel is a GIS
Consultant who provides external support to the UNIGIS GIS
Diploma Courses. He is responsible for the two Project Management
units and provides tutor support. Mel
is an accomplished Electrical Engineer and Project Manager
and has a Diploma in Management Studies. He is an
Incorporated Engineer, Registered with the Engineering Council
and is a Member of the Institute of Management.
He has been involved in GIS and its application
in the Utilities since the late 1980's and has considerable
experience of implementing GIS in a large organisation.
He is experienced in managing Engineering, Information Technology
and GIS projects. He has worked overseas for the United
Nations Overseas Development Programme and British Electricity
International and presented papers at the AGI conference
and other seminars. |
